Get in my belly!!

I tend to eat a little okay ALOT but I also cook alot, sometimes I'll post pics and even recipe of my creations, I may even share my secret ingredient hmmmmm : =>)

Okay so I made a healthy whole wheat banana bread recipe, I'm not into awhole lot of sweet so you can tweak up the honey a bit if you want.

Whole Wheat flour 1 cup +3/4 cup
Honey little over 1/2 cup
Eggs 2 (large)
little more than half a tsp cinnamon
1  and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup of vegetable oil
1/3 cup of nuts (I like walnuts or pecans)
1/4 cup not water
1tsp baking baking soda (make sure you get the right kind)
1/2 tsp salt
1 - 1 and a half cups of over ripe bananas
( I say over ripe because the regular ripe ones tend not to give on banana flavour)
(I also know some people who like coconut in their banana bread if you need it add it)

You don't have to grease your baking pan (at least I didn't and it came out fine)
